The vision for the 'Secret Garden' in the glory is this....

 These of this ministry carry great compassion and love with the ability to share. These also are creative, versatile and very flexible. Innovation 'teen ministry' mentors in this ministry.

Psalm 144:12 says...'that our sons may be as plants grown up in their youth. That our daughters may be as pillars, sculptured in palace style.

This us where is continues from its start. There are much manners, etiquette, character taught here, but also there is a great inquisitiveness instilled that puts these youth on a quest to seek out truth and be taught how to discern right from wrong.

Ministry for ages 9-13. Interactive playground, planned activities, building stations and reading. Pastoral leadership and activities coordinator found here.

A ministry where the Word continue to be instilled and challenges go home with these that returned with more wisdom that they were sent with as scripture is committed to memory here!

The Vision For 'The Play Yard' in the Glory!

The vision for 'The Play Yard' in the glory....

These that minister here have a childlike spirit, full of joy and gifted in the ability to share this within this versatile and fun ministry! A Pastoral led ministry. An Activities coordinator found here.

This ministry is for ages 3-8. Here is taught God's Word. Here there is much confidence taught. Parents are encouraged greatly to mimic this, teaching them daily in the Word that these grow up strong!

The Word say....to write the Word on the tablets of your heart, to tell it to them when you walk along and when you lie down.

You must become like these little children and be converted in order to enter His heavenly kingdom! Freedom to be who God has made you to be is emphasized here as well as lots of high energy hands-on activities.

Like the scriptures say... in His presence there is fullness of joy and at His right hand pleasures forevermore...Psalm 16:11

 Sunday and midweek (optional) service. Interactive play place, reading and planned activities to learn about living in and being in His presence.. The 'Secret Garden' rotates ministering here during service to be taught to mentor others, share, stengthen, befriend and grow in confidence!

The Vision For 'The Babes' Room' in the Glory!

The vision for 'The Babes' Room' (Nursing Room/Nurturing Room) is devoted to life and blessing new life with nurturing care! And so the tour continues to 'Generations' hall.

This is the generation where the family begins and so these serving in this ministry of the church are gifted in nurturing and greatly compassionate, having a loving spirit towards these as if these were your own...with nothing less acceptable in this ministry of the church!

Psalm 8:2 says, 'Out of the mouths of infants and nursing babes You have established strength. Because of Your adversaries, that you might silence the enemy and make the revengeful cease.'

The adversaries and revengeful cease here...both mouths and plots to harm. Overturned is every evil against these little ones! 

To show them the way, nuturing, seeking God and loving them from birth into their bent.

Every need met for a baby, small child, nursing Mother as well a nuturing room for Father's. Pastoral Leader found here that compassion and leadership is found for the family as well as the babes.

Pastoral Staff, leaders, caregivers here have the wisdom that this is a ministry of the moment as these are fast growing and require constant, loving care, 

 guidance and teaching.

Equipped for every need of babies and small children to age 3. Full security system in Babes room with sign-in/sign-out system and accountability for safety of all babies and toddlers cared for in this ministry.

This ministry is a place of playfulness, joy and organized teaching from 6 month and up. It's a designed place of Godly learning and a heavenly play place structured for the joyous play of the babes.

Freedom begins here that these are not hindered from coming into the kingdom. Jesus said. Jesus saves.

The Vision For 'I Know Him' in the Glory!

The vision for the ministry of 'I Know Him' is purposed unique to be rendered highly effective!

'Now by this we know that we know Him if we keep His commandments.' 1 John 2:3

To know Him is to be introduced, to have access, to desire one to come to know you, to want a relationship with, to have exchange in learning about who you are and 'why' you do what you do. This is 'I Know Him' and because I do, I desire you to know all about 'why' I find it so important for you to know Him too! So the tour continues!

This is a Tour Guide ministry. Guided tours for guests of the ministry, groups, gifts counseling ministry learning more about the church, new higher hires and group tours for those wanting to know more about the church!

Many years ago, like 20 to be exact, I met a man discussing His love for the Word of God. I had no idea who he was but I have never once forgotten his love, devotion, his love for what he did, his creative flair and his vast excitement about God and his impeccable knowledge and love for the most precious Holy Word of God! He was one led of the Holy Spirit! So it is that it was heavily impressed upon me to find others like-wise and well suited, who love to talk and share. They will come. I have prayed. They will come.

This kind of iron sharpens through righteous influence and through their gifts and love will sharpen many!

And so it is that a diamond cuts through glass as it has become so precious, I desire many to come seeking and also be sharpened and to purposefully come into relationship with others, but most of all come to know Jesus and come into a real relationship...not merely of the church. 

...because 'All the days of the afflicted are evil, but he who has a merry heart has a continual feast.' Proverbs 15:15...not just on Thanksgiving...but a continuous feasting of joy!

...and so it is that joy makes up the greater ingredient of the anointing to fuel this church and every ministry within it!

'A merry heart does good like medicine...' Proverbs 17:22a This is a firstfruit of this ministry received as well as given!

This ministry is brought forth from a spirit of seeing and knowing, witnessed from the heart of those that love God and show it in all they do. These knowing the scriptures, are gifted with a generous spirit and are well versed in sharing their incredible knowledge birthed from an incredible love of God...and this is purposed for relationship and carries a righteous excitement for the ministry that can only come from God!

There are power in stories! There are power in testimonies! This brings about powerful relationship! So on this tour there will be 'Glory Keys' shared about how each ministry holds a powerful story, a powerful testimony that has brought and will to bring powerful relationship! You are so very loved!

Attract what you expect! Reflect what you desire! Become what you respect! Mirror what you admire!

I expect that the ministry will attract what I have so desired for so very long! I want to share this vision as a relection of the love for the Word and Spirit that I have to become desirable to you as well and with fervancy! I desire this ministry to be respected for its intended purpose, because I have respected so deeply the church and all that I have come to know and respect that is of God! To mirror is both to be a relection of your very own love for God and the love of God you see in one another. Yes, the horizontal relationship is in direct admiration of the vertical relationship!

It begins at the foundation or the roots and grows upward into lovely relationship!

At every door of this ministry there is a relection of such a love that goes way deeper than taking a mere tour granduer. This is more than a drawing effect. This is about love and sharing it with those who are seeking... those who want to know more, for those with  an unsatisfiable satisfaction, those who are desirous to serve and those who are going after the things of God!

The Vision For 'Travel Gracefully' in the Glory!

The vision for 'Travel Gracefully' 

is likened to an onsite travel agency, though specific to serving the church. Coordinating all transportation needs from visitors to the ministry, ministry staff traveling to evangelize in other areas and all travel associated with the Missions Hub.

These of this ministry of travel to and from have the keen understanding that amidst their administrative gifts and hospitality that they carry a grace and mercy about them to minister to all they come in contact with. There is a great service in this ministry and minister to others with an incredible kindness no matter where they are in their travels of this life and with the great integrity.

Also schedules all ground tours, all travel needs for higher hires and also handles off site travel needs for the ministry that is not associated with the church. The ministry's prime service is to love the guests of the ministry: Pastors, Prophets, Teachers, Evangelists, Apostles, Worship Teams and singers ...their needs as well as their families needs, though also exclusively cares for these needs of the church all abuses, hinderances and deceptions with and by the vast graces of God. 

For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is a gift of God. Ephesians 2:8

...an undeserved kindness, the means toward, favor toward salvation, the receiving of salvation given.

This ministry is to be fervant with many loving graces in joyfully handling travel and arrangements in serving the needs of the church, but there is only one way to heaven, one way to God.

This is the vision for 'Travel Gracefully' in the glory!

The Vision of the 'Missions Hub' in the Glory!

The vision of the 'Missions Hub' in the glory...Joshua 1:9 says, 'Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.'

This area of ministry serves Missionaries, serving both local and international missions from the ministry as well as a stay place equipped to house missionary and family as a resting place between travel.

This ministry exists to serve as the scriptures commandment of love and preaching the gospel internationally and both more locally by the love and hospitality that takes care of the church and those who serve in the mission field. If you are called to the Mission field you will be blessed in this ministry.

From this ministry there is one specifically known mission trip sent forth from this ministry. Missionaries called to the Dominican Republic will be sent from this church ongoing, where there will be a specific charge given to save, heal, make disciples and obliterate poverty and the poverty mindset that I am calling no longer present...because poverty is not a gift.

If you are called to missions, like the scriptures state, you shall be comforted as you are comforted by God, by the comfort that you are comforted by God. In this the missionary while staying with 'Glory To His Name' church shall want for nothing...food, place of study, direction, place of prayer, ministered to and place of rest.

Further missions will be sent to places that are impoverished without water...anywhere both locally and internationally to provide water wells. Fountains throughout the ministry is collected monthly for these specific purposed missions...to give a drink of water!

This ministry is in the 'travel' hall of Fellowship 3. There is an entryway there is a breezeway, a resting foyer, a visiting area that has those caring for this ministry up-to-date on all missions both; coming and going from the ministry and acts as a main contact while away to update the church. These caregivers of this ministry also care for the arrangement of those missionaries staying with us as a resting place and all travel arrangements that the missionary have no concern.

The Vision For 'Overflow' in the Glory!

• The vision for 'Overflow' in the glory is so very important to everything that takes place in the Sanctuary...in both the flow of the meeting as well as care and decor of the Sanctuary! Sanctuary goods.

• Here you find ALL goods for all the worship that takes place; dance, worship, band and choir. Every item necessary for upkeep, worship, to beautify the Sanctuary and for communion and for giving.

Overflow...the more than enough...to supply the church with all needs and to mimic spiritually the 'overflow' of the spirit that has been prayed into the church on a whole.

The leaders of this ministry is one who is exceedingly particular and highly organized as it is a ministry that covers so much importance...and for every service. Particular and those particularly in love for the things of God is who will so very much specifically love to fill this ministry. A ministry of fullness and prosperity. The Vision For The "Upper Room' in the Glory!

The vision for the 'Upper Room' ministry is one that is for sacred use only in this ministry. An events ministry...for Weddings, Receptions, Formal Events and Formal Dining with righteous purpose.

Acts 2:1-2 says....'When the day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord with one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a mighty rushing wind, and it filled the whole house where they had been sitting.' 

There were many added to the church on this day. My prayer has always been the same for the church...without a doubt! There will be a Pentecost Prayer Meeting each year at this time and sow in prayer all year for this prayer meeting of all prayer meetings!

Having written about this ministry and others of the church for quite a lot time now I sometimes get overwelmed with love for some that I do not even know yet, always overwhelmed more often than not for those I already know. For it is so real, both my love for these and the active completion of the physical ministry. I see it so complete....taking back every stolen blessing for the sake of the kingdom.

The lies are no longer that it cannot or will not be completed, too much to do. 

Read Isaiah 32:3-8...Here is what was given clearly yesterday while in prayer...how it was given to me...by the laying on of hands in giving many shall be blessed and healed spiritually, to being filled to running over...what the Spirit says... these who are not confident will learn truth to speak plainly (Word of Knowledge and Word of Wisdom), also...will be given Gift of a prayer language (being filled) but also Gift of Interpretation....the foolish person here is those whose lies has deceived many...practicing ungodliness to openly deceive, often under the influence of a sorceristic spirit or having been given over to a spirit of rebellion or witchcraft, ministry held back doesn't give fluidly or with plurality to those who hunger and thirst....the schemes of the enemy are found out to deceive through lies....the generous, the Godly...these devise most giving things and by generosity they stand.

Spirits of lack, less, ommission, disease and lies will not be present in this ministry. Bound are these things on earth as in heaven!

The 'Upper Room' of 'Glory To His Name' Church is one of such radical joy in the glory that there cannot be helped adding to the numbers daily because division is called out as non-existent in the glory realm!

The Vision of the 'Training Room' in the Glory!

Vision happens for the church in the 'Training Room', a ministry full of the glory! Newness, change toward growth in the church is found here, fostered here and also where true fellowship takes place in the church among the leadership in growing toward true fellowship.

This area of ministry is for learning, teaching, facilitating, mentoring to groups, bible studies, department meetings, community meetings... are all held here.

The main purpose for this area of ministry is 'Monthly Mandatory Fellowship Gatherings' for all leadership, church heads, higher hires and 5-fold ministry leaders and every person operating in leadership in any every ministry to give vision and direction.

Light meal served prior to meeting. Purpose is unity in love. Agenda is made up of 1st giving praises and worship time. 2nd to share needs of the ministries and to meet these needs in the moment, edification, corporate prayer, group mentorship, a message and meeting always convenes with hearing from each of the five-fold ministry. Another specific purpose for the 'Training Room' includes a specific meeting time of intercessory prayer apart from the prayer ministry as an extended prayer time will always precede seasonal outreach events.

To stir up the gifts up, to always be discerning, to carry the knowledge of the will of God, to be a light and to be full to running over with the anointing for the church and to be on fire for God...this is the reason for this ministry.

The vision of the 'Training Room' in the glory as a part of 'Glory To His Name' is to grow and mature the church towards fullness for His glory!

The Vision For 'My Father's Business' in the Glory!

There is a highly integrous vision in the ministry of 'My Father's Business' and full of glory! It is a ministry within the church encompassing much leadership of the Church and Elders Offices. This is a busy place that diligently oversees the following 7 areas of the church: Economy, Giving, Lands, Safety, Ministry, Leadership and Worship! 

These are offices of oversight, ones of interaction with those they are in leadership of the church...deemed positive, encouraging and responsible in loving others to the upward call.

In each area of oversight they give encouragements in the form of what is called 'an appraisal' (though instead of an estimate of the value that has already been assessed by God of one's worth...rather a fellowship meal of appreciation for their known worth) a yearly praise report over a meal that dotes on the one in ministry with a greater grace... spurring them on, sharing and engaging in mutual growth. This is a meal that leaves behind a residue of blessing that fuels all in attendance for a blessed year going forward! Required of you in this ministry is that you must 'be a somebody that has found it within yourself to make people feel like they are somebody'...because they are far more than that!

You are made for greatness as a part of this ministry. You have a person that loves, encourages and walk with not only willingness but with diligence...often busy, but so in love with what you do! No one will be able to hold your leadership place here. A far cry from 'you are replaceable mentality' that is not even honored as a part of ministry. You are valued, you know your worth and know how to bring up others and care for that which you love.

Luke 2:49 says...'...Why did you seek me? Did you not know that I must be about my Father's business?

Taking on the leading of this verse knows who you are. When someone asks you what the hope of your calling is you well know that you are in the right place just as He did. You are consecrated to what you are called to do. Jesus kept going in His being led regardless of what or where others thought was where He should be. He was not disobedient. He well know the value of those in being led. Know this...others don't have to understand all about you. This is your confidence that is your constant reward.

In these 7 areas of leadership you won't be able to do another's part. You are engulfed in the love you have to do in your own.

Economy - 4 Overseers who have management of total wealth worth, of necessities, of goods, resources, accrual, spending, assets, production, purchasing, accounts receivable, accounts payable of goods and services, compensation, payroll and fellowship honored appraisal meal of all head leadership of all 50 ministries of the church.

Giving - 4 Overseers who have management of 31 areas of all philanthropy, benevolence, giving, charitable giving, outreaches, grants, provisions, humanitarian offerings, all ministry fountain accounts, kiosks and fellowship honored appraisal meal. 

Lands - 4 Overseers who have management of 9 areas... all lands (wooded areas, gardens, fields and vineyards), planting and harvesting planted and crops, seasonal outreaches and events held on grounds (decor, care, maintenance) and fellowship honored appraisal meal.

Safety - 3 Overseers who have oversight of 17 areas of management of church safety and quality standards of all included maintenance and staff of church grounds, Church and Sanctuary, Shelter and 'Eye to Eye' and all Maintenance and Janitorial as well as fellowship honored appraisal meal.

Ministry - 3 Overseers who have management over 39 areas of ministries' merit, excellence, organization, flow and effectiveness, edification of and fellowship honored appraisal meal.

Leadership - 3 Overseers who have management of 15 areas of leading (chief, director, lead servant, supervisor)...honoring, compassion of, benevolence, edification toward, personal and corporate growth, effective flow, met needs and fellowship honored appraisal meal.

Worship - 3 Overseers who have management oversight of 11 areas of the 7 areas of worship in the Hub, honoring the openness of worship, flow, growth of, schedules, events, edification to, veneration of, deference, lifting levels of love and fellowship honored appraisal meal.

Does this sound like a lot of managers? It isn't. It is however many Spirit-filled overseers doing what they love because they have been led in doing such a honored and prized work!

Together these bring unity to each and every area of the church...

Ephesians 4:16 says...'from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causing growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love.' ...the church internal, individual, collective and corporate!

Colossians 2:19...all the body nourished, together and growing...with increase from God.

The forever building up of others...this is the vision of 'My Father's Business' in the glory!
